Ethan Lindenberger: Teen Vaccine Propaganda Prop of…Joe Lindenberger

Ethan Lindenberger has been held up by mainstream media as the teenager who went against his parents and got vaccinated. He even got to testify in front of senators he was never old enough to vote for in the last election in order to slam his mother for not vaccinating him. In reality, the story is no different from what pharma has done in the past: exploiting a divorce by turning one parent against another. Except in this case, the son is doing the pro-vaccine parent’s dirty work.

Joe Lindenberger is Ethan Lindenberger’s father and Superintendent of Norwalk Parks and Recreation. So the elder Lindenberger is a city official. On the Norwalk Parks and Rec website, listed partners include the Huron County Public Health. Guess its stance on vaccinations:

Huron County Public Health has a goal to improve and sustain immunization coverage to the county’s families by offering vaccinations and information about the safety and importance of timely immunizations. We look forward to maintaining and expanding this public health success story in the years to come.

Supposedly, Ethan Lindenberger famously asked Reddit for advice on how to get vaccinated. Now why would the son of a city official need to ask strangers on the internet for help on how to get vaccinated? His father is a rabid anti-vaxxer right? Oh wait…

“He (Ethan) 100 percent believes in the platform that teens can go against their parents’ wishes if they think they are right. I support him 100 percent. I am proud of him. At the same time I don’t fault his mother for her beliefs, either.”

You don’t fault her because you have your son doing that for you.

In fact, guess where Ethan Lindenberger got vaccinated according to the original article:

After receiving support from his science teacher, pastor, and friends, made an appointment at his local health department to start catching up.

That would be Huron County Public Health. Its nursing director was also interviewed for the article.

Since then, Joe Lindenberger has done an awful lot of the talking in his local paper’s stories about his son. When Ethan Lindenberger was about to give congressional testimony, Joe Lindenberger said:

“He’s excited; he’s very excited,” said Lindenberger’s father Joe, who took his son to the airport Monday. “It’s a big deal.”

More like “I’m excited; I’m very excited!”

Joe Lindenberger also knew in advance what his son was going to say and bought him a new suit:

The younger Lindenberger, who has a new suit for the occasion, prepared a five-minute speech and a narrative to share with committee members. His father said Ethan planned to talk about being an advocate for teens and the importance of being educated about vaccinations.

“He’s well spoken. He’s passionate about what he believes in,” added Joe Lindenberger, who believes his son will do well.

He helped him with what he said, of course, even bragging they now agree on vaccines:

…he told the Reflector he is “now more in line with Ethan than I am his mother.”

Yeah now that he convinced Ethan to get vaccinated! But Ethan isn’t the last son he’ll try to convince:

If one of his younger children approached him about wanting to be vaccinated, Lindenberger said he would allow them to do so. In fact, he added he believes his 16-year-old son Noah eventually will get his shots.

“He’s more neutral because he’s not educated,” the father added.

Unlike Ethan:

Regarding Ethan and what he has done, his father said he’s proud of him taking a stand and educating himself.

“People should respect that,” he said.

People shouldn’t respect you, Joe!
