An amendment to the Constitution to stop the packing of the Supreme Court?
The National Review says yes. Would the necessary number of states and Congress pass it? Hard to see that.

It would be highly appropriate for such a rule to be placed into the Constitution, given that what we are seeing unfurl now in D.C. is not really a fight over the Supreme Court, so much as a fight over whether we should keep that Constitution at all. It is remarkable that it has taken this long to arrive.
