Andrew Cuomo On Chicken Wings: You’re Not Real Food
Obviously he does not care about the voters of Buffalo.
Additionally, serving food in order to stay open can be a huge extra expense. We’ve been to a few dive bars in New York City over the years. Usually the ceilings are low and there’s barely room for the liquor behind the bar, never mind a stove, and a food refrigerator.

Many bars didn’t offer food prior to the pandemic. To fulfill Cuomo’s requirements (to stay open), they must now pour extra money into food supplies and manpower in a time when few people have any extra money to speak of.
