Fed’s Powell says Congress should SPEND SPEND and SPEND some more!

Mr. Powell has often refrained from wading into political debates about taxes and spending, but showed less restraint Wednesday—a sign of the severity of the crisis. Some Republicans in recent days have resisted calls for additional aid by citing fears of rising federal debt burdens.
