California Gov. Gavin Newsom says he’s given no consideration to forcing schools to reopen if teachers unions refuse to move ahead with in-person instruction once educators are vaccinated…
…Most of California’s public schools have remained closed throughout the coronavirus pandemic as district officials have slow-walked reopenings. California is an outlier nationally, as public schools have been open in other large blue states such as New York and Massachusetts.
