If we really want to fight corruption we must identify and measure crony capitalism

Given some of the efforts to combat corruption through stricter regulations and enforcement – especially the United States’ Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, which can impact all companies who do business in the United States – the buying and selling of privileges has become more sophisticated. They can be disguised in many ways and are usually justified by authorities in the name of urgent need.
