It is said that London is the most monitored large city on Earth. (Though some in China may eclipse it now.) Now the powers that be will have their drones enforcing “social distancing.” What are the odds this organization remains long after Covid is a non-issue?

On Wednesday, the prime minister held a televised press conference from Downing Street, during which he outlined a host of new measures set to come into force across the country from Monday 14 September.
In addition to restricting all social gatherings to a maximum of six people, Mr Johnson promised “stronger enforcement” of the rules which are already in place.
Some people are trying to warn others of the potential dangers of such a snitch force, likening “Covid marshalls” to the Stazi, and life under the Nazi regime.
