The Michigan governor has been particularly draconian and arbitrary in her response to Covid. Now she says that she’s going to keep up her actions until there is a vaccine?

Michigan will not soften its response to the coronavirus pandemic until a vaccine is produced and readily available, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer in a Sept. 9 interview with the Detroit Regional Chamber.
In an interview with Daniel Loepp, president and CEO of Blue Cross Blue Shield, Whitmer touted the state’s response to the virus, but said Michigan won’t be out of the woods until a vaccine is approved and readily available.
