We know something about recording music at home. One can put together a professional level studio (if one knows what one is doing) for less than $1,200. (Maybe less than that.)

Their suit claims that Nashville’s home business ban is an unconstitutional restriction on the right to earn a living. More than that, the suit is an attempt to protect Nashville’s storied music scene from outdated zoning codes that segregate cities into commercial and residential categories while criminalizing the sort of creative spontaneity from which great music is born.
