Rep. Chris Collins expected to plead guilty to insider trading

The Buffalo-area GOPer will enter his change of plea on Oct. 1, with his son Cameron and co-defendant Stephen Zarsky copping to unspecified charges on Oct. 3.
Prosecutions claim Collins, who served as a board member on Australian biotech company Immunotherapeutics — called his son with a stock tip after the company failed a drug trial.
