The Housing Market Around New York City Is Booming
It’s not just New York. Millions of Americans in the America’s large cities now see why it is that so many other Americans prefer to live outside of the cities. And in an Internet enabled world why wouldn’t one live outside of the city? Taxes are generally lower. Housing (for the time being) is generally lower cost. Local governments tend to be at least LESS corrupt. Crime tends to be lower. The quality of schools tends to be higher. The pull of the big city was cultural, but not during covid.
