Trump says Fed ‘boneheads’ should cut interest rates to zero ‘or less,’
Trump is a real estate guy. Real estate guys always want low rates. This might help him get through the election, but paying people to borrow would destroy the economy longer term.

…Cutting rates to zero or below would cheapen debt costs but also make the U.S. a less desirable spot for capital flow as the ability to generate yield would become more difficult.
