Woman says school district required her to pay $600 to see video of daughter being bullied on bus
The child is 5 and completely defenseless, which is probably the reason the school district didn’t want the video to be seen.
Why would it cost $600 to view a video that literally cost nothing to record or store?
(From WFAA)In the video that Billings paid for, the woman’s daughter is seen being attacked by up to three older students. The girl is pushed, grabbed and put in a choke-hold by the other students, WFAA reported.
