Action Alert: It’s Now or Never. We Must #StopTheTreaty.
We need your help! The sovereignty of individual nations and our constitutional rights are at stake and we must act now to preserve them.
From now through May 28, the World Health Assembly, the governing body of the World Health Organization (WHO), is meeting to discuss proposed amendments to existing International Health Regulations (IHR) from 2005. These regulations are intended to serve as the foundation of a pandemic treaty that would foster a “one-world government” in the name of public health. Representatives of 194 nations, including the U.S., will soon decide whether to grant the WHO the authority to manage future pandemics globally, including the power to sanction countries that don’t comply. Sadly, the Biden administration is poised to hand over ultimate control of America’s healthcare system and absolve itself of any responsibility.
Several new amendments proposed by the Biden administration would expand the authority and resources of the WHO at the expense of U.S. taxpayers. Of particular concern are amendments to sections 2, 3 and 5 of Article 12 of the IRH, which deals with “Determination of a public health emergency of international concern, public health emergency of regional concern, or intermediate health alert.” These amendments would enable the WHO to declare a public health emergency unilaterally. For U.S. citizens, it means that a public health emergency could be declared by an unelected official, allowing the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to detain, examine and potentially medicate Americans suspected of being ill. The WHO would have the authority to introduce surveillance systems, compliance measures and implementation of medical response worldwide. This is a violation of both the inalienable rights of individuals and the sovereignty of nations. It would also remove both transparency and accountability as the WHO is immune to every form of legal process.
We cannot enable this abuse of power.
The WHO has a history of failing the people of the world. By redefining a pandemic, the organization claimed swine flu was a severe public health crisis and pressured governments to accept a vaccine that caused narcolepsy and other serious side effects. During the COVID pandemic, the WHO’s responses were fraught with errors. The organization suppressed early treatment and promoted the use of medical interventions that were neither safe nor effective. It also launched an aggressive and all-encompassing “misinformation” campaign that resulted in blatant censorship including the silencing of dissent. This suppression of discourse blocked potential solutions that could have saved countless lives.
Time is of the essence. If ultimately enacted, the WHO’s proposed Pandemic Treaty will be the end game for bodily autonomy and national sovereignty. We must act now to #StopTheTreaty by voicing opposition to the International Health Regulations amendments. There are two things you can do immediately to fight back against this global tyranny:
- Fill out the form below to reach out to your elected officials at the state and federal level and let them know that we are onto this corrupt global scheme and we will not stand by or comply.
- Sign the “World Freedom Declaration” created by our friends at the Health Freedom Defense Fund. The Declaration states that, “As citizens of the world, we defend the rights, freedoms, and privacy of all members of the global community by calling for the rejection of the IHR amendments and the WHO’s attempt to usurp the power and authority of health policy from its rightful place – at home amongst the people.”
We cannot afford to centralize power under a global public health organization that fails to recognize the benefits of natural immunity, suggests that vaccines are the only way to herd immunity and has walked away from science, transparency and accountability. Public health is now being used as a means to enshrine tyrannical measures that will fail to protect our health and will succeed in removing our autonomy. This is a “use it or lose it” moment for freedom.
