Michael Sussman spoke to the crowd gathered outside the court room regarding the constitutionality of the repeal of the religious exemption to vaccines in New York: “Today was a fight for basic common principals. And one of the forefronts of those is unimpeded practice of religion. What we heard today was repetitive arguments which are not supported factually and can no longer be an excuse for legislation that threatens religious exercise. We have to demand much more from our attorney general.
