When we recently reported from the the U.S. Mexico border in Texas, we saw one thing I hadn’t seen there before. The Coast Guard. Lieutenant Tim Dion is the deployable team leader for the Maritime Safety and Security Team for the Coast Guard in New Orleans. But we found him on the Rio Grande.
