This classic video needs to be seen again because we are on our topic of democracy vs. Constitutional Republic. I made this video (full of my trademark snark) after one particular egregious ruling in my legal case against the County of Orange.
P.S. My lawsuit is still active as we are awaiting the judge’s final ruling on whether or not the County has to follow the emergency law during an emergency! (yes, you read that right!)
