MESSAGE TO SPROUTS to END DISCRIMINATION – The Healthy American, Peggy Hall

“This is a special message for SPROUTS Senior Leadership. You are not only violating your own “Code of Ethics” policies by discriminating against mask-free shoppers, but you are also violating Federal Civil Rights Law, State Civl Rights Laws. You are also requiring your employees to violate additional laws including: impersonating law enforcement and practicing medicine without a license. We demand that you either change your behavior in your stores, or change your own written policies to state that you do indeed promote and enforce unlawful discrimination against your customers and employees. Further, we demand mask-free shopping hours as “fair and equal access” to the services and facilities. No store may make any policy that violates established law. We look forward to your immediate changes in your policy and behavior as you must comply with established law.”
