SUPREME COURT to HEAR JAN 6 PIVOTAL CASE for TRUMP and Others!

The Supreme Court agreed to review the charges of “obstruction of official proceedings” that the Jan 6 defendants are accused of. This could mean the charges are dropped for Trump as well as hundreds of others who were indicted related to events at the US Capitol. The Supreme Court will review this case in April, which means Trump’s trial scheduled for March could be pushed back.

Former Orange County resident and freedom fighter Alan Hostetter was sentenced to 11 years in federal prison after he was found guilty of four felony counts related to his activity in Washington DC on Jan 6. The Supreme Court ruling could potentially mean these charges are thrown out as well.
