Tomorrow the California State Senate Health Committee will vote on SB 276 as the first item in their 1:30pm meeting. If it passes, it will go to a floor vote, and then will be sent to the State Assembly. The rally tomorrow begins tomorrow around 4:30pm Pacific time following the Health Committee Meeting.
