CPS: “Strip-Searching Kids is OK.” Um, No!
A CPS investigator is telling a judge that no one’s rights were violated when she strip-searched a member family’s six kids. We think the investigator should read the Fourth Amendment, and we are urging the judge to hold her accountable.
