How Federal Health Authorities Could Ignore Widespread Vaccine Injury and Deaths

React19 is a group comprised of over 30,000 Americans who have been seriously injured by a Covid-19 vaccine. I recently had the privilege of speaking at a React19 benefit dinner sponsored by Concerned Alumni of Dartmouth College.
In my speech, I answer the question of how public “health” authorities could ignore the cacophony of cries calling out for help from all corners of the United States.
