Who is Franchi. He was for decades medical director at the Ospedali Riuniti in Trieste. He specializes in Hygiene, Preventive Medicine and Infectious Diseases. She criticized the official explanations about AIDS but was neither persecuted nor turned away from the University.

“I had some problems, but it was another time, now I can say I was lucky, being my case among the few in the world. I proved my every statement but then as now I did not get effective complaints, only effective censorship”.

Today, you are saying (indeed you have been saying it for three years) that the Sars Cov 2 virus has never been isolated.

“The virus is a very specific entity, it has not only the genetic code but also a particular envelope. Its existence must be proven. To reason scientifically it is necessary to start from true data otherwise the conclusions risk being falseand”.

According to his theory, this virus physically does not exist in any laboratory, so what is there?

“It’s not just my theory, of course. Viral isolation was standardized in the 70s, at the Pasteur Institute in Paris, there are specific procedures to follow and this has not been done. Why does no one follow her in this reasoning?

In intensive care they were often intubated, incongruous respiratory pressures were sometimes practiced and they were bombarded with drugs not free of heavy adverse events…”

Are you saying that those who were intubated suffered incongruous respiratory pressures?

“Yes, as reported by some well-known intensivists, for example Dr Luciano Gattinoni (University of Goettingen, Germany) and Dr Samuele Ceruti (Lugano, Switzerland). I know my colleagues who treated many pneumonia at home, without looking at the result of the test and for each patient modulated the therapy, after having carried out medical examination and differential diagnosis. There were those who needed antibiotics, those who needed oxygen, and so on. Pneumonia of various kinds existed even before 2019 and in the cold season sometimes put intensive care in crisis. But in 2020, doctors were forbidden to visit the sick, such a thing had never happened… Health has shown that it wants to create the problem, rather than solve it”.

For what other disease was it forbidden to greet dead family members, give them a last caress or dress them?

“No”.

When did it happen that the dead were stuffed into garbage bags?

”Never. There was respect for the deceased”.

Why does he say that Health Care has shown that it does not want to solve the problem?

“For example they immediately pointed like scoundrels and turned away the doctors who were able to solve it. There are also other reasons. Many colleagues with whom I confronted were frightened, others felt the burden of having to obey the senseless directives, others found it comfortable not to visit”.

You have spent so many years in the Infectious Diseases department, for what other diseases have you been forced not to visit the sick? 

“No. It never occurred to us not to visit patients who were hospitalized for pneumonia, meningitis, aids, TB, hepatitis, encephalitis or infections of unknown origin. The appropriate precautions were taken, often very simple and, if it was respiratory diseases, the air exchange in the room was treated. We have never contracted hospital infections, my colleagues and I”.

Today Covid seems a different disease, less virulent than the beginning, what has changed?

“We should first ask ourselves what is meant by Covid. According to the definition of WHO, CDC, EMA and Aifa there is an established case of Covid “when the PCR swab is positive regardless of clinical symptoms” (so pneumonia is not needed, ingrown toenail is also fine, or perfect health). It is clear that such a generic definition is meant to lend itself to abuse. In my essay I published several egregious cases supported by newspaper clippings. Yes, even today in Italy, deaths from all causes become Covid if in the last hours of life the sick person, hospitalized or not, becomes positive for the virus. What explanation is given?

“This definition and this practice are useful to broaden the audience of the sick. The proof was provided by China, which in December changed the definition of disease. After freeing the inhabitants from the very heavy segregation, the diagnosis of Covid was restricted only to interstitial pneumonia (and positive test result, whose sensitivity can be adjusted as desired)”.

Let’s talk about the tests. In the book there are several testimonies of people who tested positive in one region and negative in the other. Someone even on the same day a few hours apart.

What then is found with the PCR test?

In short, Covid can be everything, the tests are not reliable, yet there is something that makes you sick.

“I never said that there are no diseases, but that the setting was and is totally irrational. The first Sars and Mers soon disappeared and remained confined to Asian countries, were those viruses isolated?

“They were not isolated. But the different definition caused the disease to disappear. He was only ill with interstitial pneumonia and severe respiratory symptoms in addition to the positive test”.

Today, COVID is no longer feared.
