At any rate it is really impossible that the data does not exist and it is challenging to support it.
The lawyer reasoned his request to the Lazio Tar: to cross the deaths (still obscure) with the deaths from all causes of previous years is an operation of pharmacovigilance “a posteriori”, useful to check if there have been abnormal peaks of mortality.
The comparison would be useful to exclude vaccines from responsibility for causing sudden illnesses (and which social advertising would be more effective than this?). If, on the other hand, a link were to be identified, causes would be assumed, in short, we would work on it.
Such a study is due. For intellectual honesty and scientific rigor (it has never been done and is predictable by law) and for honesty to the taxpayers who have supported with their taxes, without being able to object, and blindly – ignoring the consequences – the largest and most painful vaccination campaign in history.
One part of the Italians trusted, another was forced into it with blackmail, and the third, who opposed it, suffered the worst discrimination of the era of inclusive society (!)
It should be considered, then, that the same Aifa, in the fourteenth report on vaccination surveillance, the one that examines the period required by the Tar, from the beginning of the campaign until 26/12/22, speaks of 29 deaths related to vaccinations analyzing only those that occurred within the first 14 days. We talked about it here. Further reason to consider the request of the lawyer Melacarne and the Lazio judges fundamental: where did Aifa derive the 29 deaths considered related? From what total of deaths? The report states that the choice was made of the 758 reported fatalities. But there are also unreported deaths: how many are there? Who decided that they should not be taken into account? For what reasons?
Scientific rigor requires that all data be left at the disposal of researchers. Let there be freedom of analysis, of comparison and, therefore, of reflection. Understand to be able to choose.
Three years ago you could accept the invitation to vaccinate with products that did not have adequate studies “because it was the only thing to do”, but today not.
With what face, next month, those in charge of the vaccination campaign to the government will ask the Italians to extend their arm for the fourth or fifth time without having made public the pharmacovigilance of the three years passed and without having even started an active pharmacovigilance?
It is already complicated to explain the usefulness of new vaccines calibrated on yet another variant of a virus that we have all contracted, vaccinated and not. A campaign that seems like a tax, both for its punctual cadence and for its burden on public coffers.

Otherwise we are not talking about statistics but about misleading artifices.
