Watch: Allegheny County Board of Health’s Sunshine Law Violation?

Here you will see the Allegheny County Board of Health Chair and Vice Chair shout down a point of order question from the public and threaten the individual placing the question with removal. Notice how they motion for the guard. The guard approached me and I sat down. The Board was entertaining a motion for a vote on an item not on the agenda, and the public was not allowed to know the full contents of the resolution. There was no deliberation of the motion before the vote. Members of the public present has more to say about the specific proposed action by the Board of Health; others present did not comment, and other members of the public did not come to the meeting because the action was not on the agenda. The topic was introduced out of the blue at 14:58 with the distribution of a "packet" to the Board.
