Your opponent is any experience that brings you vitriol. Your opponent is never a person. Your opponent is always your reaction to the vitriol. No one is a single belt. Each of us react to vitriol in one of these ways. Our goal is to perfect our behavior and authenticity when we find ourselves wearing one of these colors. We seek perfection in every color.
White Belt – Ignorance

Red Belt – Anger
Green Belt – Compassion
