Progress

We got internet access via the cell tower yesterday! I also have running water in my house! No power or internet yet but we got a bridge open in Banner Elk and the grocery store is open. Lowe’s Hardware is selling generators right off the truck. Our town hall has power and only about 15,000 people in our grid are now without power. Two other big roads are still closed but supplies are getting through. I haven’t heard a helicopter yet today and they have been airlifting people all week from the ski resort.

If I could host an airship tonight I would but I doubt the network here could handle it as it gets slow in the evening.
