More Parents Believe in UFOs Than Covid Shots For Their Children
By Jefferey Jaxen on Substack
“After nearly a month of the government heavily pushing vaccines in kids under 5, only three percent of parents have chosen to get their kids under 5 vaccinated. More parents believe in UFOs I think….”
These were the words of Johns Hopkins University health care expert Dr. Marty Makary during a FOX News interview recently. Is he accurate?
Most Americans believe in intelligent life beyond Earth while few see UFOs as a major national security threat according to a 2021 Pew Research Center survey. Of the 10,417 U.S. adults surveyed, 65% say their best guess is that intelligent life does exist on other planets while 51% says that UFOs are not a threat to national security.
Accordingly, “only 2% of parents of children under age five have chosen to get the Covid vaccine, and 40% of parents in rural areas say their pediatricians did not recommend the Covid vaccine for their child.” write Dr. Makary along with co-author Tracy Beth Høeg M.D., Ph.D. in their recent Substack article. The piece has made waves painting a grim picture within U.S. public health agencies as their employee morale is floored and public trust shattered.
“The NIH’s Vaccine Research Center has had many of its senior scientists leave over the last year, including the director, deputy director and chief medical officer. “They have no leadership right now. Suddenly there’s an enormous number of jobs opening up at the highest level positions,” one NIH scientist told us. (The people who spoke to us would only agree to be quoted anonymously, citing fear of professional repercussions.)”
Høeg and Makary go on to write,
The CDC has experienced a similar exodus. “There’s been a large amount of turnover. Morale is low,” one high level official at the CDC told us. “Things have become so political, so what are we there for?” Another CDC scientist told us: “I used to be proud to tell people I work at the CDC. Now I’m embarrassed.”
From school closures, masking and natural immunity, U.S. public health agencies were wrong across the board…in a big way. The fallout has harmed a generation.
The public has watched, with dismay, a constantly accelerating vaccine push across all age groups since Dec. 11, 2020 when Pfizer-BioNTech’s shot was made available under EUA.
Promises of transparency by both public health agencies and pharmaceutical companies long since broken as press releases justified using the public as high stakes experimental subjects for largely untested gene therapies given a vaccine label ever since then.
The US Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra has again renewed the Covid emergency declaration, that has been in place since January 2020, for another three months in the face of a pandemic long past its acute, emergency stage. You could almost hear vaccine manufacturers, with their Covid shots being promoted and purchased under an EUA, breath a collective sigh of relief as no emergency would mean no more EUA vaccine push.
The medical and professional classes were stunned, and still are, at the FDA regularly ignoring its independent expert committee to ram through poorly tested Covid shots in populations where no emergency exists.
“It seems criminal that we put out the recommendation to give mRNA Covid vaccines to babies without good data. We really don’t know what the risks are yet. So why push it so hard?” a CDC physician added. A high-level FDA official felt the same way: “The public has no idea how bad this data really is. It would not pass muster for any other authorization.” wrote Høeg and Makary.
Early promises of efficacy, over 90%, fast gave way to Covid shots that neither stopped infection or transmission. Boosters did essentially nothing in the long run to remedy to situation further digging compliant populations into a hole of ‘immune exhaustion’ and ‘immune imprinting.’
“The vaccine effectiveness for the third dose was in negative since December 20, 2021, with a significantly increased proportion of SARS-CoV2 cases hospitalizations and deaths among the vaccinated; and a decreased proportion of cases, hospitalizations, and deaths among the unvaccinated” wrote researchers looking into cases, hospitalizations and deaths among the vaccinated elderly populations during the Omicron variant surge in UK.
That’s right, negative vaccine efficacy meaning a more likely chance of cases hospitalizations and deaths if you took the shot.
The data forced them to conclude, “There is no discernible vaccine effectiveness among ≥18 years of age, vaccinated third dose population since the beginning of the Omicron variant surge”
With integrity, the public’s trust and the once docile compliance of the medical community lost, public health agencies pushing vaccine programs will have to move past simple data manipulation and reach into their bag of fear-based tricks to move further down this war-torn Covid road if they expect continued Covid vaccine uptake. Yet even then, the odds are stacked against them.
