On Fox News, a Buffalo resident makes this clear statement: “It’s ridiculous. Something has to change…If more people were armed—and knew what they were doing with a gun—because it’s not the gun. It’s the person with the gun that don’t know how to act.”
New York Mass Public Shooter Explicitly targeted: “areas where CCW are outlawed or prohibited may be good areas of attack” and “areas with strict gun laws are also great places of attack.”
