Florida becomes the 26th Constitutional Carry State
With Florida Governor Ron DeSantis signing the state’s Constitutional Carry bill into law today, twenty-six states now have Constitutional Carry laws, representing 64% of the land in the country and 43% of the population in 2022. If Nebraska and South Carolina pass Constitutional Carry, 67% of the land in the country and 45% of the population will be covered.
