On Philadelphia’s WPHT: Discussing Delaware’s new restrictions on where people can carry concealed handguns

Dr. John Lott talked to Mike Opelka on Philadelphia’s big WPHT-AM about the moves by Delaware, New Jersey, New York, and Maryland that is trying to subvert the Supreme Court’s Bruen decision regarding permitted concealed handguns. After the Supreme Court forced those states to start issuing more concealed handgun permits, the states have made it impossible for people to carry their permits anyplace.

Here is the graph that Lott sent to Opelka. Each of these schools would have a 1,000 foot exclusion zone around them that bans people carrying concealed handguns.
