Fernando Rospigliosi: Some months ago John Lott, who is a North American expert, was in Peru. And he explained the case of Brazil, for example, when President Jair Bolsonaro came to power, he liberalized the possession of arms. And then a global campaign, all the media was saying: “the crime, homicides are going to increase, Brazil is going to be a disaster.”
