Gun used in Monterey Park mass shooting an assault weapon - Los Angeles Times

Half Moon Bay is in San Mateo County had 24 permits with 591,048 adults (one permit per every 24,630 adults), and Monterey Park is in Los Angeles County and had 1,378 permits last year with an adult population of 7.8 million (one permit for every 5,660 adults).
