Attorney Michael Wise on Senator Pan testifying in court

On March 1, 2017 Joshua Coleman was battered by Senator Pan. The police concluded in the police report that what he did met the criteria of battery and was supported by video evidence and witness testimony. Senator Pan was not charged with the crime he committed. Instead Joshua Coleman was charged with two misdemeanor accounts of "eavesdropping" alleging that Mr. Coleman was live broadcasting on Periscope when he shouldn't have been. Joshua refuses to accept a guilty conviction and is taking this trial. Attorney Michael Wise gives an update on the case and Senator Pan being subpoenaed to testify.
