Medical Exemptions Under Fire

SB277 stripped CA parents of their right to exempt their child from one, some, or all vaccinations, based on their personal or religious beliefs, in order for their child to attend public or private school. Senator Pan is now working to strip CA parents of their right to a medical exemption for vaccinations for their child.
