Georgia Man Arrested for "Cussing" in Public

It looks like the Helen, GA police department is in desperate need of some Constitutional Training. This police department, if sued, will lose this case and the people of Helen, GA could have to pay dearly for this civil rights violation law suit. This was not necessary & could have been prevented with proper training. Every person should demand their local law enforcement have Constitution training, as I KNOW they do not teach this at the Academies.
