WARNING: DeSantis anti-censorship bill needs fixing!

Laura Loomer testified before the FL House Appropriations Committee this afternoon – 3/15 – on loopholes and shortcomings of the DeSantis-backed anti-censorship bill that he has touted on Fox News and at CPAC. It’s a good start, but in order for it to be the model legislation on Big Tech deplatforming, it needs to be fixed to tighten definitions, enforcement, and scope so that banks, telecoms & other technology companies don’t get away with destroying conservatives’/dissidents’/independent journalists’ lives!
