THERE ARE NO GUN SALES OCCURRING IN THIS VIDEO!
Sb61
was a California bill that included some terrible gun control measure.
One of them was the rationing of firearms. But is it really what you think it is?
Many people believe that beginning 7/1/2021 you can only buy one gun per month. This is untrue.
Beginning 7/1/2021 you may only buy ONE:
Handgun
OR
semiautomatic centerfire rifle
There are some exemptions for people who are not cops. The common ones are:
Performing a Private Party transaction
Or
A person with an FFL03/curio and relics license
AND
A ca Certificate of Eligibility.
I have a video on how to do that linked below:
27535. (a) A person shall not make an application to purchase more than one handgun or semiautomatic centerfire rifle within any 30-day period. This subdivision does
not authorize a person to make an application to purchase both a handgun and semiautomatic centerfire rifle within the same 30-day period.
(b) Subdivision (a) does not apply to any of the following:
1-7 are things you won’t attain if you’re not a cop.
(8) Any transaction conducted through a licensed firearms dealer pursuant to Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 28050). THIS IS A PPT EXEMPTION
(9) Any person who is licensed as a collector pursuant to Chapter 44 (commencing with Section 921) of Title 18 of the United States Code and the regulations issued
pursuant thereto, and has a current certificate of eligibility issued by the Department of Justice pursuant to Article 1 (commencing with Section 26700) of Chapter 2.
THIS IS THE COE + FFL03 EXEMPTION
CHAPTER 5. Procedure For a Private Party Firearms Transaction [28050 – 28070] ( Chapter 5 added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 711, Sec. 6. )
28050.
(a) A person shall complete any sale, loan, or transfer of a firearm through a person licensed pursuant to Sections 26700 to 26915, inclusive, in accordance with this chapter in order to comply with Section 27545.
