A Fresno man was booked on charges for possession of an FGC9 while returning from a fishing trip.
Fresno County Sheriff’s deputies have arrested 29 year old Michael Barner of Fresno. He has been booked into the Fresno County Jail on felony charges of illegally carrying a loaded firearm and large capacity magazine. His bail is $200,000.
