This Gun is an SBR!

This gun submitted by SB Tactical was analyzed by the ATF and they told them it was an SBR. This document is dated march 3rd 2020. SB Tac has made no comment of this to the public that I know of.
why wouldn’t they let the customers know about this situation?
Does this mean EVERY gun with an SBA3 is now an sbr? Not necessarily. But it certainly showed that you’re not always going to be in the clear with braces on your gun.
