Dark Money Behemoth Seeks to Scrub Wikipedia Page of Washington Free Beacon Reporting
The Beacon often covers stories that others simply will not. It’s one of the reasons we keep an eye on their work. It’s one of the reasons some people don’t like the publication.

Arabella Advisors sought to have Wikipedia delete portions of the page that cited a 2019 Free Beacon report detailing how the group funneled hundreds of millions of dollars to liberal initiatives. It also asked for a sentence citing the Center for Responsive Politics, a research database on money in politics, to be removed.
