Our cities have become taxpayer funded fiefdoms in many respects. Federal money flows in for this program or that and it suddenly disappears into urbanness, never to be seen again. Meanwhile people remain poor and the homeless remain homeless.

So many of those people taking office use this money to create a class of people who are running these cities, and now after 50 years …, where we have all of these inequities ….
