The only thing they can do is threaten incarceration if you don’t pay their fine. Once they’ve incarcerated you, you’ll have standing to sue them for damages. Not before. Courts won’t entertain hypothetical questions about anything. You have to walk into court showing damage.

Oh I’m so happy to find you… I can’t seem to find anyone to help me here in Corpus Christi I’ve sent emails daily to governor and Ted Cruz …..I get on Facebook when judge that ordered mask mandate. I so very much want to do something but I don’t know how…..I’m not working now I’ve got plenty of time I just need pointed in right direction…..
Stores in Indiana are requiring a mask unless you have a note from your doctor. I have confronted them with discrimination policies against religion or health and they don’t care. Our governor is not mandating the use. How do you fight this evil? Please, if you can offer any advice, thank you.
