It’s time for the kindergarten to be open to everyone: “Stop the Lorenzin law”

It was to remain in force for a limited period of time. At the end of which the data should have been presented and discussed.

Instead, the Lorenzin Law that in 2017 introduced the obligation of 10 vaccinations to be able to access kindergartens, is still in force. And neither parents nor health institutions were informed on the benefit-risk ratio of such a measure that-moreover-for seven years it is limiting the right to sociability in children up to 6 years.

Drawing attention to the law to be reviewed was the whooping cough death of a 12 year old boy, Andrea Vincenti. Here. He played football, Andrea. And he had been vaccinated against whooping cough, including booster. But when he fell ill – discharged from the emergency room three times in 48 hours – no one knew how to cure him. The judiciary is investigating the case.

But let’s get to the juice. “Whooping cough can have a severe course in the first six months of life, not at 12 years” highlighted the pediatrician Eugenio Serravalle which for years, on the AsSIS website, publishes studies that show the low effectiveness of the vaccine and –toh, remember anything?  – the inability of the same to prevent infections and to transmit them.

Serravalle, together with 28 associations signed an appeal addressed to the government that you find here against vaccination obligations without valid scientific grounds (especially if they do not even serve to protect others).

“The vaccination obligation should prevent disease and contagion; the case of Andrea Vincenzi proves the opposite: despite being vaccinated, he contracted the disease and died. If a vaccinated child can still get sick, if vaccines can cause serious adverse reactions, why continue to impose an obligation on the entire pediatric population?“they ask the signatories of the appeal (who are doctors, nurses, researchers, trade unionists, law enforcement, damaged by vaccine).

If the” you vaccinate for others ” is a fake ne ne

“It is said that in addition to individual protection, completely absent in this case, vaccines would provide protection to the community: through a high coverage (9 95% for almost all pediatric vaccines)” group “or” herd ” immunity would be created, without specifying either which vaccines would give it, or the epidemiological data of the different diseases. In fact, vaccines cannot provide “community protection” against tetanus, diphtheria, polio IPV, hepatitis B, whooping cough, haemophilus influenzae type B, meningitis B, probably flu; and in part also those against mumps and chickenpox, for the rapid decay of effectiveness”.

Why More Vaccine Studies Are Needed Than Other Drugs

“Despite the increase in the number of vaccinations, studies are still lacking both on short-term and long-term safety and on the health effects of the entire vaccine offer. Vaccines, which are given to healthy patients, should be tested more rigorously than drugs, because they are not given to treat an existing disease but to prevent diseases, some now disappeared in our country (poliomyelitis, diphtheria), others impossible to contract at two months of age (tetanus and hepatitis b in newborns from a healthy mother). Despite this, the studies that led to the authorization for the trade of some vaccines have been of the duration of a few days. For example:

HBV (ENGERI G-GSK)-4 days

HBV (recombiva Merc

Polio (IPOL-Sanofi Pasteur)-2 days

Hib (Pedva Merc

Hib (Hiberi G-GSK)-4 days

Hib (ActHIB-Sanofi Pasteur) – 30 days.

IMPORTANT: Tests for approval only evaluate individual vaccines but our children receive up to eight at once!

Concludes the appeal:

“In the absence of public health benefits, the obligation of vaccines that do not result in community immunity should be immediately suspended.

For others (such as measles and rubella) monovalent vaccines should be available.

Every parent has the right to make informed decisions regarding the health of their children. The vaccination obligation violates this fundamental right by imposing medical treatment without real consent.

We call on the authorities to reconsider these policies and to promote the freedom of choice, informed dialogue, respect for individual rights, as well as comparisons scientific uncensored. The health of our children and the cohesion of our society depend on respectful approaches based on mutual trust”.
